What can i use to help my hair stop shedding?

My hair shedds excessively everyday. I shedd over 100 strands a day. I am always finding pieces of my hair on everything. sometimes when I just run my fingers through my hair I have about 5 or 6 strands in my hands. My hair is natural and I don't put any chemicals in it. I flat iron my hair once every two weeks .

I used to have this problem, also. My mother-in-law who is a hair dresser suggested using a shampoo with Tea Tree extracts in it. It's a shampoo that smells extremely minty. This worked very well and I no longer shed nearly as much. Just a thought: Stress also ups the amount of hair you are shedding, so if you are under any stress, that could be a reason.

And when you are done taking a shower,

you should use leave in conditioner, its in

a spray bottle. So when you are out of the

house your hair still looks silky smooth and

since it isn't as rough not as much hair will

come out when you run your fingers through

your hair. Think about it, if you had really

thick and rough hair, more hair is most likely

to fall out because it is brittle, dry, and damaged

but if you have smooth, silky, nourished hair

then your hair is most likely to stay in longer.
