Ok, when I was young, I cut this piece of my hair from the back of my head. Ever since it grew, it was always sticking up like a bump. Whenever I put water on it, it still stays up. How do I make it stay down or get rid of it permanantely? I really don't wanna shave that part of my hair so please help!

grow it longer or cut it shorter...i have one too...you can't go to short in that area!
