I have parts of my hair tha tare shorter, my hair is long but in the lower part i have short pieces?

should i wait until it grows? or shoul i cut it?

I heard that the hair that grows in the lower part of your head(half going down) grow faster, i dont whant to cut it, but what can you recommend me?

My hairdresser told me that how you sleep can affect your hair growth. You may be sleeping on the lower back part of your head, and this may stunt the growth in this area. Try sleeping on the right or left side of your head for a while and maybe you'll see some change.
