should i wait until it grows? or shoul i cut it?

I heard that the hair that grows in the lower part of your head(half going down) grow faster, i dont whant to cut it, but what can you recommend me?

I Think it's the person that cuts your hair that does it,They Have Controll of the way they cut it,And If you cut it your self No wonder why it's that way I have done that before %26amp; that's What Happen to me so I started to have my hair cut by someone other then me %26amp; It not A Probem any more, The Probem seem to be That it's Harder for you to see the back of your own head even with mirrors Because thing in a mirror realy do not show the real way that your hair is....
